Shrimp dip


1 8 oz package of cream cheese ( u may use lowfat)
Milk
Parsley flakes (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
1 6 oz can of rinsed drained shrimp

instructions.
mix milk and cream cheese until consistancy u like.
add parsley flakes ,garlic powder and shrimp. mix well.

serve with crackers or patato chips.

Large oven bag
2-3 pounds chuck roast
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1 package of dry onion soup mix
carrots

prepare bag asaccording to box.
in a bowl combine cream of chicken soup, water and onion soup mix.
puor into bag and kneed as to mix it well in bag.
add roast and peeled carrots and close bag. bake as directed on box of oven bags.

serve with potatoes. baked,mashed or u can cook the potatoes in with the roast.

1 package jello instant pudding and pie filling (any flavor)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cold milk
1 container cool whip (8 oz) thawed

combine pudding mix, powdered sugar and milk in bowl.
beat slowly at lowest speed until blended ( about 1 min)
fold in cool whip and spread on cake immediatly , store cake in refridgerator, or eat lol

and ENJOY!!!!

eack BIG BOY BEEF STEW AND DUMPLINGS.

Big boy beef stew and dumplings.
Serves 4/6


You will need.

1 to 2 pound of diced beef.
4 TO 5 large potato’s.
3 to 4 carrots.
1 large onion.
Half of cup of garden pea’s or beans.
1 small turnip.
1 parsnip if you so wish.
Small spoon of mixed herbs.
Pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking oil to seal the meet.
1 to 2 pints of water.
2 stock cubes (beef)
Half of glass of red wine if you want
8oz self raising flower
4oz shredded suet
Corn flower to thicken or bisto gravy granules.

How to Prepare.

1, Dice the carrots, Onion, Turnip and Parsnip.
Peal the potatoes & wash well Dice the potatoes in to about 1cm cubes.
Place the beef in a frying pan with a little oil to stop it sticking,
2, Brown the meat no need to cook all the way.
3, Place the meat in a slow cooker or in a large sours pan with a good lid.
4, Add the water and all the veg place the herbs salt and pepper in the pot with the meat.
Let cook on low for about 15 minuets
5, add the peas and mix well.
6, Mix the stock cubes in a little water and add to the pot,
Mix some cornflower in a pot with water and add to the mix to thicken the stew. (You could use bisto gravy granulise you like)
Place the lid on the top and cook for about 45 minuets or until the meat is soft. Add more hot water if needed at this time.
7, add the wine and cook for about 5 to10 minuets more.

How to make the dumplings.

Add 8oz of flower and the 4oz of suet to a bowl and a pinch of salt and pepper if you wish
Mix well,
Add some ice cold water to make it all bind together.
Add herbs to the mix if you so wish.

Place the dumplings
In the stew and cook until there soft. (about 15 minuets should be good.)

Serve with a nice bit of crusty bread on the side.

Hot and spicy meatballs.




For the meatballs You will need.

495g of minsted beef or lamb (your choice)
One medium onion.
1 small spoon fall of mixed herbs. (Tea spoon)
1 small egg.
Garlic powder.
Half a small spoon (teaspoon) of Chilly flakes or powder. (You may want to add less or more to your taste.)
Cooking oil.
Corn flower if needed to make the sauce thicker.
Walter if you wish to make the sauce more moist.

For the sauce you will need.

2 tin’s of chopped tomato’s.
Half of tube of tomato paste.
Half a small spoon of mixed herbs (tea spoon)
1 stock cube.
Some chilly powder to your taste please don’t forget you have this in your meatballs so taste before you add more.
Half of onion.

Or if you’re lazy you can go out and buy the sauce and add just the chilly.


To make the meatballs.

1. Add the meat to a bowl,
2. 2 chop the onion in to small bits and add to the mix.
3. Add the chilly & herbs to the mix.
4. Mix up with your hands tell it’s mixed well.
5. Add the garlic to the mix and the egg and mix well with your hands or with a wooden spoon.
6. Roll the mix in to balls about 1 and a half cm balls will be best.

Ok now to make the sauce.

Chop the onion in small bits put in a pan with a little oil to fry
Brown the onions or till soft.
Add the tined tomatoes and cook for 3 mins
Add the stick to the mix with a little water.
Add the mixed herbs and mix well.
Add the tomato paste to the mix and chilly mix well cook for about 10 min’s making sure you mix so it doesn’t stick.
Taste the mix if you would like it hotter add more chilly to the mix.
Now you will need to blitz the mix up.

Fry the meatballs in a little oil till brown.
Add them to an oven dish and add the sauce over the top and cover and bake in the oven at 180oc for 10 to 15 mins make sure there hot before serving.

Serve with some Italian thick spaghetti.
And enjoy.
